I celebrate each WBW with the birthday of my eldest child, William. He not only made me a mother, but breastfeeding him made me the kind of mother I am proud to be.

This year my nearly weened little Joe came down with a scratched cornea that resulted in a bacterial infection. Since Saturday night he has run a constant temp of 103.8 that would only drop to normal for 4 hour intervals. To help comfort him I allowed him to nurse which helped a lot. It has been 4 days and his fever has dropped and he is back to his once a day or every other day nursing.
